Overview
Pinfeng makes custom cookware handles, pressure cooker handles, pressure cooker knobs, lid knobs, removable handles, and related cookware parts.
Each project starts with the buyer's confirmed sample, drawing, size, fitting structure, material, color, logo, packaging, and bulk order requirements. For handle and knob orders, appearance is only one part of the check. Hole distance, screw position, cookware fit, grip shape, heat-resistant material, and stable assembly all need to match the final product.
The project may start from an existing sample or from a new private design. Pinfeng checks the structure first, then confirms the sample before bulk production starts.

Custom Product Range
Pinfeng produces custom handles and knobs for pressure cookers, woks, stock pots, frying pans, saucepans, and cookware lids.
The custom range includes pressure cooker handles, pressure cooker knobs, wok handles, stock pot handles, frying pan handles, saucepan handles, removable handles, lid knobs, side handles, and long handles. Pinfeng can also supply matching cookware, including aluminum pressure cookers, stainless steel pressure cookers, woks, stock pots, saucepans, and frying pans, with customized handles, knobs, logos, and packaging.
For private label and bulk supply, customization covers the details buyers usually need to lock before production: material, handle shape, size, hole distance, screw position, surface finish, color, logo position, carton mark, and export packaging.

Requirement confirmation
Pinfeng first confirms the product type, sample, drawing, size, material, color, logo, packaging style, order quantity, and target market. For cookware handles and knobs, the check also covers handle shape, cookware fit, installation method, and final assembly requirements.

Sample and drawing review
Before customization starts, Pinfeng checks the sample or drawing against the handle length, hole distance, screw position, knob structure, grip shape, surface finish, and cookware fitting details. This helps confirm whether the part will match the buyer's cookware or replacement use.

Custom detail confirmation
Material, color, logo position, surface finish, packaging method, label, carton mark, and other order details are confirmed before sampling so the sample standard, production requirement, and final packing method stay consistent.

Mold and sample development
If an existing mold matches the buyer's requirement, Pinfeng uses the current model. For private handle shapes, special fitting structures, exclusive knob designs, or new cookware accessory projects, mold development is arranged after the structure and sample details are confirmed.

Sample approval
Samples are prepared for buyer approval before bulk production. The approved sample becomes the reference for appearance, size, fitting, color, logo, surface finish, and packaging details.

Bulk production and packing
Bulk production follows the approved sample and confirmed specification. Before shipment, finished products are checked for appearance, fitting, quantity, packing method, label, carton mark, and export carton condition.
