Suitable for filling and sealing materials such as jelly, juice, milk, yogurt, beverages, and fast food. This machine is adaptable to filling materials of varying viscosities, including liquids and slurries, and to packaging containers of different shapes and capacities.
① Screw-on sealing machine: The finished caps of this type are pre-machined with internal threads, which can be single-start or multi-start. Medicine bottles often use single-start threads, while canned jars often use multi-start threads. The machine seals the container by rotating the cap.
② Roller-on sealing machine: The finished caps of this type are often made of aluminum and do not have pre-made threads. Rollers are used to roll the aluminum cap, creating threads that perfectly match the shape of the bottle's threads, thus sealing the container. When the cap is opened, the indentation along the skirt perimeter breaks off and cannot be restored, hence the name "tamper-evident cap." This machine is often used for sealing high-end wines and beverages.
③ Edge-sealing machine: A cylindrical metal cap is first placed over the bottle mouth, and rollers are used to roll its bottom edge, causing it to deform inwards and tightly fasten to the bottle mouth flange, thus sealing the container. This machine is primarily used for sealing wide-mouth canned jars and similar containers.
④ Capping and Sealing Machine: This machine is specifically designed for sealing crown caps on beverages such as beer and soft drinks. The crown cap is placed at the bottle neck, and the machine's capping die presses down, squeezing the corrugated edges of the crown cap inward and locking it onto the flange at the bottle neck, creating a mechanical connection between the cap and the bottle neck, thus sealing the bottle.
⑤ Stopper Sealing Machine: This machine uses stoppers made of elastic materials such as rubber, plastic, or cork, utilizing their own elastic deformation to seal the bottle neck. During sealing, the stopper is placed above the bottle neck, and vertical pressure is applied to press it into the bottle neck to achieve the seal. Stopper sealing can be used as a standalone seal or in combination with a cap.
⑥ Edge Sealing Machine: This machine is mainly used for sealing metal food cans. It uses rollers to curl, hook, and press the edges of the can lid and the can's flange together to achieve a sealed package.
