When the heater is energized, it heats the ink or adhesive, generating heat. The control circuit controls the amount of ink or adhesive on the printing roller based on the temperature, thus achieving normal printing operation.
Heat Sealing System: The heat sealing system is the connection between the automatic sealing machine and the material, relying on high temperature and pressure to firmly bond the two together.
Control System: The control system includes the power supply, heat sealer, pressure sealing mechanism, conveyor belt, and control system. The control system is responsible for the operation and adjustment of the entire equipment, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the sealing process.
Conveyor Belt and Motor: The conveyor belt and motor are essential components of the sealing machine, responsible for material transport and positioning. The conveyor belt has forks or a belt itself, and the motor drives its movement, ensuring material stability during transport.
Photoelectric Sensor: The photoelectric sensor detects the material's position in real time, calculating and controlling the start and stop of the conveyor belt and motor to ensure accurate spacing and positioning of the material during sealing.
Film Feeder and Film Feeding Motor: The film feeder and film feeding motor deliver the sealing film to the sealing position, ensuring a smooth sealing process.
Side Seal and Sealing Gate: The side seal and sealing gate perform the actual sealing operation. Controlling the movement of the sealing gate and the start of the sealing motor completes the sealing process.
Excess Material Motor: The excess material motor handles any remaining material, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the sealing process.
Control cabinet and touch screen: The control cabinet is equipped with a SIMOTION D435 controller and SINAMICS S120 product family components. The touch screen and buttons are used for operation and display, realizing the automated control of the equipment.
